Refund and Returns Policy
At KyIPTV, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, returns, or exchanges may be granted.
Our refund and return policy is valid for 3 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received
The item must be in its original packaging
A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided

Opened or used media items (CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, vinyl records)
Items returned in a condition not originally received, including damage or missing parts not caused by our error

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
All sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
If the gift was not marked as such or was shipped to the original purchaser, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
