Refund and Returns Policy

At KyIPTV, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, returns, or exchanges may be granted.

Our refund and return policy is valid for 3 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided

Please note: Do not send items directly to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods (including food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software or digital products

  • Certain health and personal care items

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Books showing clear signs of use

  • Opened or used media items (CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, vinyl records)

  • Items returned in a condition not originally received, including damage or missing parts not caused by our error

  • Returns initiated more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed promptly

  • A credit will be issued to your original method of payment

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  2. Contact your credit card provider (processing times may vary)

  3. Contact your bank, as posting times can differ

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
All sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

  • If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.

  • If the gift was not marked as such or was shipped to the original purchaser, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted

  • For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance
